II. Introduction to machine

中山貼窗紙盒貼角機(jī)

該設(shè)備由給紙部、印膠部、貼膜部、收紙部共四個部分組成

The equipment is composed of paper feeding section, gluing section, laminating section and paper receiving section. 

1)給紙部

1) Paper feeding section

間斷式皮帶輸送方式采用獨(dú)立伺服控制系統(tǒng)，可根據(jù)紙張長短調(diào)整間斷輸送距離；抽紙皮帶進(jìn)行底部抽紙，去除傳統(tǒng)離合控制方式。以此實(shí)現(xiàn)不停機(jī)連續(xù)加紙；多條輸送皮帶都裝有齒輪和齒條裝置，可快速調(diào)整皮帶的左右位置。

Independent servo control system is adopted for intermittent belt conveying. Intermittent conveying distance can be adjusted as per paper size. Paper extracting belt extracts the paper at the bottom and gets rid of traditional clutch control mode to realize continuous paper adding without shutdown. Multiple conveyor belts are equipped with gears and rack units which can quickly adjust the left and right positions of the belt. 

2）印膠部

2) Gluing section

 采用雙條高硬度不銹鋼管輥傳動膠水，管輥支坐采用滑塊裝置，可快速調(diào)節(jié)膠水厚薄，柔性模版印膠，模版形狀可根據(jù)產(chǎn)品需要刻制。安裝模版的輥刻有基線，安裝模版準(zhǔn)確、方便、快捷；印膠左右位置可隨意調(diào)整，前后位置采用正位調(diào)整器調(diào)整，可不停機(jī)調(diào)整印膠的前后、左右位置。盛裝膠水裝置，在進(jìn)行清潔保養(yǎng)時可拉出，清潔保養(yǎng)更加方便。

Double high-hardness stainless steel tube rollers transmit the glue. The tube rollers are equipped with a sliding block which can quickly regulate glue thickness. Flexible template gluing is adopted, and the template shape can be engraved according to product requirements. The roller for template installation is engraved with a base line, and the template installation is accurate, convenient and quick. Left and right positions for gluing can be adjusted freely. Front and back positions are adjusted with an adjustor which can adjust front, back, left and right positions for gluing without shutdown. When being cleaned and maintained, the glue device can be pulled out. It can be cleaned and maintained more conveniently. 

3) 貼膜部

3) Laminating section

 采用獨(dú)立伺服控制系統(tǒng)，用戶可根據(jù)產(chǎn)品尺寸，可不停機(jī)調(diào)整膠片的長短。同時自動切角壓線；采用前規(guī)定位把紙張定位準(zhǔn)確后，將膠片貼到紙盒上再通過自動橫切刀把膠片切斷；貼膜精度可達(dá)到±0．5mm。

Independent servo control system is adopted. Users can adjust the film length as per product size without shutdown. Meanwhile, chamfer lines are cut automatically. After the paper is positioned accuray according to the above regulations, attach the films to paper box and cut the film via automatically transverse cutter. The precision of film attachment is up to ±0.5mm. 

4）收紙部

4) Paper receiving section

 進(jìn)口柔軟適中皮帶輸送可避免壓傷產(chǎn)品，層迭式整齊收紙，確保*質(zhì)量。

Imported soft belt conveying can prevent product crushing. Paper is collected tidily in a sandwiching structure, which ensures perfect quality. 

5)電器部

5) Appliance parts

 整機(jī)采用進(jìn)口PLC程序控制，各種電氣元件、檢測開關(guān)均采用法國、德國、中國臺灣、日本等公司產(chǎn)品。

The whole machine adopts PLC program control. All kinds of electronic components and detector switches are made in France, Germany, Taiwan and Japan etc.
